CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
You have 24 hours after you place your order to make any changes. To make changes to your order you must send an email to info@lslorycreations.com (it is important that you include the order number)
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS?
It does NOTaccept changes, cancellations or returns. All items are made to order. But, if you have any questions or problems, please contact us.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Due to the high volume of orders each week, we ask that you allow 5-10 business days for order processing and shipping.
WHAT SIZE OF IMITATION DIAMONDS DO YOU WORK?
We currently offer 2mm, 3mm, & 5mm.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHEN AND HOW WILL I SEE THE CHARGE ON MY CARD?
Your card is charged right at the time you complete the order. You will see the position identified as "SP LS LORY CREATIONS"

Our payment system is 100% secure. We NEVER collect your card information.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
The delivery time excludes the processing time. Shipments are made through USPS: First Class and can take between 2 days and 2 weeks. A tracking number for your package will always be sent to you by email. Remember that the time it takes for USPS is not in our hands.
DO YOU MAKE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
We currently ship to the following countries ⇣

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We email you the shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your order may go through several stops along the transit route and with that tracking number you will be able to monitor where your order is going.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT DO I DO?
If you are beyond the estimated shipping times since you placed your order, send us an email with your order number to info@lslorycreations.com and we will start verifying as soon as possible.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?
Email us at info@lslorycreations.com with your order number, we can reship immediately after shipping fees have been paid. If the address error is the customer's responsibility, the customer should pay the shipping fee.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGES HAVEN'T MOVED FOR A WHILE?
According to the USPS, we must wait 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for a lost package. Send us an email if you have not seen any movement in the order within this period of time and we can resend it.
